When custom tooling is required, our engineers will design a pan, based on its new dimensions, tolerances, material and special features. They also pay particular attention to allow for “drop-in” performance, enabling the filled component to enter a compact without binding.

Special attention is also dedicated to providing the right combination of design and material to accommodate trouble-free manufacturing performance with less waste and more cost-effective results. Once new tooling is complete, samples are prepared for engineering and quality assurance departments to verify dimensions and finish quality.
